However, the information given on each product and the product pictures or videos are provided for the guidance only. We do not warrant that product descriptions and price or other content of our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Article 4 : Sale territory
The products offered via our website www.harmoniepalma.com are only available for shipping to european countries.
For international deliveries, please send us an email to [email protected].com and we'll get back to you with an estimation of the shipping costs.
Article 5 : Prices and taxes
The prices shown on the website www.harmoniepalma.com are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in product prices. They shall be added to the initial price listed at the website for each of the products on offer at the applicable rates, where appropriate. In any event, the client will be informed of the exact shipping cost before completing the purchase.
The price of the products will be as stipulated at any given time on our website, except when clearly erroneous. Although we try to ensure that all the prices appearing on the website are correct, some errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and you will be refunded for any amounts paid.
Prices may change at any moment, but any changes will not affect the orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
Article 6 : Payment
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to the basket and the following step will be to process the order and make payment. To do so, you must follow the purchasing process steps, filling in the information requested in each step.
You agree to pay upon placing the order. If you acquire a product through the website www.harmoniepalma.com, you shall pay the amount shown on the order by credit or debit card payment on our secure website.
We will accept order cancellations when requested before the orders are dispatched. For cancellation, you should send an email to [email protected] . Once the order has been despatched, no order cancellations shall be accepted for operational reasons. If you should nevertheless wish to cancel the order once it has departed from our store, you should proceed to return the same, taking the steps set out in the Returns section.
Article 7 : Product availability
We reserve the right to decide, at any time, the products we offer through our website www.harmoniepalma.com. In particular, we may, at any time, add new products to those offered in our website.
All product orders are subject to availability. If the product is out of stock after the order is placed, the client shall be informed by e-mail that it has been cancelled in full or in part. In that case, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products that may be of your interest. If you do not wish to order any substitute products, we will refund any amount that you may have paid.
We inform the Client that we shall not offer for sale more units than those held in stock and will use our best efforts to serve the demand for products of all our clients. However, it may sometimes happen, due to circumstances reasonably beyond our control, such as human error or information technology system incidents, that the quantity ultimately offered for sale differs from what is actually held in stock.
Article 8 : Product Delivery
We agree to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address designated by the client on the order form. We'll do our best to ship your order within 2 business days. If for any reason we cannot fulfil the delivery deadline you will be informed of this circumstance and we will give you the choice of carrying on with the purchase and establishing a new delivery date, or cancelling the order with a full refund of the paid amount.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive by e-mail the Shipment Confirmation. The estimated delivery times shall be between 3 or 7 business days using private courier or up to 12 using national post, depending on the customer residence. This information is merely for informative purposes.
If at the time of delivery the Client is absent, the carrier shall leave a note specifying how to arrange a new delivery. If the order cannot be delivered 3 to 5 working days after being dispatched for delivery, it will be returned to our store and the Client shall have to bear the delivery expenses.
If the reason why delivery cannot be made is because the package has been lost, our carrier shall start an investigation.
Article 9 : Receipt, return procedure and Right of Revocation

The client shall check that the package is in good condition in front of the carrier delivering the product ordered, specifying on the delivery note anything wrong with the packaging. If, subsequently, after checking the product, the client should detect anything wrong such as that the package is bumped, broken, shows signs of having been opened or has been howsoever damaged by carriage, the client agrees to report to us sending an e-mail at [email protected] as soon as possible and within not more than 2 working days from delivery.
All products bought at www.harmoniepalma.com may be returned and refunded, provided that you return the product(s) purchased within not more than 7 calendar days counted from the date the order is received. Please notify us of your return sending an e-mail to [email protected] specifying the reason.
We shall only accept returns satisfying the following requirements :
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, in their original package, with their labels on and in perfect conditions ;
- You shall return the product making sure, using a protective box or the like, that it will arrive at HARMONIE in Palma de Mallorca as safely as possible ;
- A copy of the invoice shall be included inside the package ;
Please note that we shall not manage any pickup order and that we won't accept any unpaid deliveries. If you wish to return the product, you will have to contact the carrier directly. We recommend using National Post Service. If the value of the product(s) you return is over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.
10.3 Exchange and refund policies
If the return is attributable to us (if you received a defective or wrong item) the delivery and return expenses caused shall be paid at the same time as the money is refunded. However, if the reason is any other (the products were properly delivered but are not what you expected), you shall bear the cost of the delivery and return expenses. Upon receiving the return, we shall check the condition of the product and proceed to refund the money, if appropriate. We shall not be liable for any expenses caused by returns made disregarding the steps set out in this procedure.
When sending the products for exchange, we will ship back the new product at no extra cost. In the case you prefer a refund, we will only manage the money refund order under the same system used for payment within 10 calendar days after receiving the goods back. Partial returns and cancellations shall result in partial refunds.
10.4 Right of Revocation
Should you change your mind about your order, you have the right to revoke these Terms and Conditions by sending us an e-mail at [email protected] to cancel the purchase within a maximum of 7 calendar days, counted from the date the order was placed. If the products were already shipped, you should send them back in their original package, with their labels on and in perfect conditions within a maximum of 7 calendar days to HARMONIE, C/ Argenteria 7 BJ, 07001 Palma de Mallorca - Islas Baleares (Spain), with the copy of the delivery note or invoice. Please bear in mind that you will have to pay for the return post.
Once the products have been received, we will examine the items and you will be refunded the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs, in a maximum period of 28 calendar days from the date on which we received the products back. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method you used to carry out the initial transaction.
Article 10 : Force majeure
We will not be liable for any breach of or delay in compliance with any of the obligations we assume under the terms of these Conditions when the cause is an event beyond our control (Force Majeure Events).
Force Majeure Events include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our control including, among other things, the following:
I. Strikes, lockouts or other protest measures.
II. Civil unrest, riots, invasion, terrorist attack or threat, war (declared or not) or the threat of war or arrangements for war.
III. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, outbreak or any other natural disaster.
IV. Impossibility of using trains, boats, air planes, motor transport or other ways of transport, whether private or public.
V. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
VI. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulation or restrictions of any government or public authority.
VII. Strikes, failures or accidents in maritime, river or postal transport, or any other type of transport.
It will be understood that our contractual obligations will be suspended during the period in which Force Majeure Events are under way, and there will be an extension of the period for complying with said obligations for a period of time that is equal to that in which the Force Majeure Event lasts.
Article 11 : Data privacy
By using this website you agree to the handling of personal data and other information you provide through the registration form and state that said information and data are true and correspond to reality.
All information you provided in our website www.harmoniepalma.com will be included and stored in a file for processing, as HARMONIE property, until cancellation is requested. Personal data will be used only to process purchase orders or contact you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. We guarantee that the data you supply will not be shared with third parties or other companies.
Your personal information will be treated following the Organic Law 15/1999 dated December 13th on the Personal Data Protection and all other corresponding rules in force in Spain. You will have access at any moment to the possible change or cancellation of the data of the registered written forms by means of an e-mail or by post.
Article 12 : Applicable law and jurisdiction
The use of www.harmoniepalma.com website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy when interpreting or applying these Terms and Conditions, the Courts and Tribunals dealing with such matters shall be those of Palma de Mallorca.
If the buyer lives outside Spain, both parties will expressly waive their right to any other jurisdiction and submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Palma (Majorca, Balearic Islands, Spain).
